This Privacy Policy explains how InterconnectEM (interconnectem.com, “we”, “us”) handles information when you use this website.
Information you send us
If you use our contact form, we receive the name, email address and message you submit. We use this information only to reply to your inquiry. We do not sell it or share it for advertising. The message we receive may also include your IP address and the time of submission. Messages sent through the contact form, and error reports sent with the Report Error button (which include the part number and any notes you write), are stored on this website so we can read and answer them, together with the details above. These stored copies are deleted automatically after 90 days at the latest, or earlier when we delete them. We may also keep a message longer if we need it to finish handling your inquiry.
Searches
Part-number and parametric searches you run on this site are processed to return results. We do not require an account to search. When you request live stock and pricing, the part number you searched is sent to distributor APIs (DigiKey and Mouser) to retrieve availability. To prevent abuse, visitors’ IP addresses are used for rate-limiting and kept only in temporary records that expire automatically, within seconds to at most 24 hours.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not use advertising or third-party analytics trackers. WordPress and our caching software may set technical cookies or store technical data needed for the site to work, such as keeping logged-in administrators signed in.
Hosting and server logs
The site is hosted by Hostinger. Like most web servers, the host may keep standard access logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and operation.
Third-party links
Live stock results include links to distributor websites (such as DigiKey and Mouser) where you can buy parts, and this site may link to manufacturer websites. When you follow those links you leave this site, and the other site’s privacy policy applies. We are not responsible for their privacy practices.

You may ask us to access, correct or delete information you sent us through the contact form. To make a request, please contact us through the contact form on this website.

We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do.
